To ensure the effective use of our services, beneficiaries must have access to the appropriate technical infrastructure, tools, and competent personnel. This includes:

· Equipment: beneficiaries are responsible for having the necessary equipment and software to handle, upload, and process sequencing data and interpret our reports. This includes NGS sequencing device delivering FASTQ files, computers with adequate specifications and secure, reliable internet connectivity, and PDF files reader.

· Qualified Personnel: The interpretation of our reports and data requires the expertise of trained professionals. Beneficiaries must ensure that competent individuals, such as qualified medical doctors or specialists, are available to assess the results and make informed decisions.

· Skills and Training: Users should possess the requisite skills to operate relevant systems, understand the data provided, and implement best practices in genomic analysis and interpretation.

Having the right combination of resources and skilled personnel ensures that the insights from our analysis are applied effectively and responsibly in clinical or research settings.

2. Consents and Responsibility Discharge

· Patient Consents: beneficiaries must ensure they have obtained all necessary consents from patients, where applicable, before sharing data with us.

· Data Retention Consent: beneficiaries agree that we may securely store their data in our systems in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

· Responsibility: We provide accurate and reliable analysis, but the final interpretation and any actions taken based on our reports remain the sole responsibility of the beneficiary. GENE-DIAGNOSTIC-SOLUTIONS is not liable for any decisions or diagnosis made based on our reports.

3. Data Protection

· File Integrity: beneficiaries are responsible for ensuring the data files they send to us are complete, uncorrupted, and comply with applicable standards.

· File Security: Any files or reports shared with beneficiaries must be handled securely, with adequate measures in place to prevent unauthorized access or distribution.

· Data Anonymization: beneficiaries must ensure that any data shared with us is effectively anonymized, protecting the identities of patients and complying with relevant privacy regulations (GDPR). This includes removing any identifiable information that could link data back to specific individuals, ensuring the protection of patient privacy and confidentiality at all stages of the data transfer and analysis process.

4. Responsible Use of Data and Reports

· We expect all beneficiaries to use the data and reports provided by our services with due care and diligence. This means handling the information prudently, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Beneficiaries must take all necessary measures to ensure the proper use of the data, safeguard it against misuse or unauthorized access, and uphold the purpose and integrity of our collaboration.

5. Cybersecurity Compliance

· Robust Security Measures: beneficiaries must maintain strong cybersecurity protocols to protect data during exchanges and while using our services, including secure communication channels and safeguarding access credentials.

· Prevention of Contamination: beneficiaries are responsible for ensuring that any files, systems, or communications shared with us are free from malware, viruses, or any other harmful elements that could compromise the integrity or security of our systems.

· Ongoing Compliance: beneficiaries must adhere to industry standards for cybersecurity and update their protocols regularly to mitigate risks.

6. General Terms & Conditions (GT&C) Acceptance

By engaging with us, beneficiaries agree to abide by our General Terms & Conditions, which outline the scope of services, limitations of liability, and mutual expectations for collaboration.

7. Intellectual Property (IP) Agreements

Any intellectual property resulting from the collaboration must be discussed, agreed upon, and documented in advance. This ensures alignment and clarity regarding ownership, usage rights, and potential benefits arising from joint work.

8. Publications Resulting from Collaboration

Any publication resulting from the collaboration between GENE-DIAGNOSTIC-SOLUTIONS and the beneficiary must adhere to the following principles:

· Prior Approval: beneficiaries must seek our written consent before publishing any work that references our process & algorithms, our proprietary data, reports, or collaborative efforts. This ensures alignment and protects sensitive or proprietary information.

· Intellectual Property (IP) Considerations: Publications involving joint work may include shared intellectual property. Agreements regarding IP ownership and usage rights must be finalized before publication.

· Acknowledgment: beneficiaries are expected to properly acknowledge GENE-DIAGNOSTIC-SOLUTIONS and any relevant contributions made during the collaboration in the published work.

· Ethical Standards: All publications must comply with ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and respect for patient privacy and data protection regulations.

· Impact Assessment: Publications must avoid misinterpretations or claims that could misrepresent the scope or outcomes of our services.
